  3. Ab tamam daalon or gheu,joe ko overnight soaked karein or ubal lein jab ubal jae to thanda kar ke grind krlen..
  4. Ab grind daalon ma grind ki hoi green chilli, coriander daal da ab is ma salt or Red chilli powder, Turmeric daal kar pkae on low flame for 1 hr..
  5. Ab shred kia hoa beef or oil is ma add krden or isko pakae on low flame or chamcha chalta rha…
  6. Jab gosht or daalain achi trah mix hojae or gosht ghul jae to haleem masala, garam masala powder add krden or 1/2hr ke lia pakaen or stove band kar ke dish out karein
