Instructions to make Desi style Chhole Achhari piza:
  1. First of all we make pizza dough.Take wheatflour and mix salt in it.
  2. Add oil in it.Then add baking powder and soda in it.
  3. Add sugar then vinegar to it.
  4. Mix properly and now knead it with the help of curd.
  5. Make a proper dough and cover it with a wet cloth and rest aside for 15 mns.
  6. Heat up a pan and add musterd oil to it. Then add garlic and tomatoes and achaar masala to it. Cook for 10mn and cool it aside.
  7. You can use readymade mix of achhar masala.m which includes cumin seeds, fennel seeds, hing, and all dry spices.
  8. Let it cool for 10 mns.
  9. Now add sugar and grind the chutney.

  15. Now heat up a non-stick tawa and grease it from butter. Now place pizza base on it and cover it. Cook it on medium flame for 15 mn.
