  2. Get 2 fresh clove garlic chopped

Instructions to make Kaleji Masala:
  1. First of all take small pieces of liver or kaleji and put fresh chopped garlic on it.
  2. Mix it with garlic and leave it for 1 hour approx.
  3. After one hour wash liver or kaleji.
  4. Now take a pan or pateeli add oil,then add bay leaf, cinnamon,whole black pepper and cardamon in it fry for 2 minutes👇🏻
  5. Then add sliced onion.
  6. Let the onion golden brown.than add Ginger Garlic paste.👇🏻
  7. Red chilli powder, Coriander powder,cumin powder and water and make gravy.
  8. After that add washed liver/kaleji and bhoonify it.
  9. Do not over cook the liver.and don't cover the lid.either it will become so hard.
  10. Just bhoonify it openly.
  11. After 6-8 minutes liver/kaleji become tender.
  12. Then add salt mix it.
  13. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and green chilli.
  14. Serve hot with paratha…
