- Soak udad dal and rice whole night in water,made the paste in the morning in mixing jar.
- Boil potatoes,cut onions,made tadka in a pan,add all the masale,boiled potatoes,onion,made potato sabji for dosa.
- Made raund circle small size dosa on the tawa.grase with oil from both the sides.
- Prepare all the shapes for emojis from tomato,capsicum,beetroot.
- Made coconut chutney for dosa,add peanut,coconut,lehsun,salt,cumin seeds in curd and made the paste in mixing jar.
