- Use 1/2 kg beef pasanda or stake
- Use 3 onions
- Prepare 1 1/2 tb ginger garlic paste

- Take 2 ts poppy seed powder
- Prepare 2 ts red chilli powder
- Use 1 tb coriander powder
- Provide 1/2 ts turmeric powder
- Provide 3 tb roasted chanapowder

- Get 5 green chillies
- Use 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- Use 1/2 cup oil
- Use 3 small cardimom
- Get 1 inch cinimon
- Take 4 cloves/ long

- Hammer down your passande with steak hammer, then slice onions and brown them & grind.
- Make a powder of poppy seeds, almond and roasted channa. Now add all masala in your passande along with yogurt.
