- Prepare 300 g beef qeema
- Use 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use 2 tbsp Fried onions
- Get 1 pinch meat tenderizer

- Get 1/2 tsp Salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/4 tsp pisa garam masala
- Use 1/4 cup Oil
- Get 1 large onion cubed
- You need 1 medium tomato cubed
- Use 5 tbsp yoghurt
- Provide Coriander leaves 1/8 cup
- Get 1/2 tsp paprika
- Take Coal for smoke
- Prepare Gola kabab spice mix :-
- Use 6 kabab cheeni
- Prepare 3 peepli
- You need 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
- You need 1 tsp zeera
- Take 1/2 tsp javitri
- You need 1/2 tsp jaifal
Steps to make Gola Kabab Masala:
- Dry roast all the ingredients for gola kabab spice mix. Grind and set aside.
- In a chopper add qeema, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, salt, green chillies, 1 tbsp of prepared gola kabab mix, meat tenderizer. Grind well until combined.
- Now grease hands with oil and make kababs with the mixture.
- Shallow fry the kababs and set aside.
- In a pot add oil, onion and fry until translucent. Add tomato and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes
- Now add yoghurt, paprika, red chilli powder, remaining gola kanab mix..add a little water and let the gravy cook well.
- Uncover and cook until oil separates. Add kababs. Sprinkle garam masala. Add a little water then place hot coal and drizzle some oil over it. Cover with lid until all the smoke is absorbed.
