  1. Prepare 500 gms Paya or Mutton Pieces
  2. You need Jeera
  3. You need Oil
  4. Prepare Paste-
  5. Provide 1/3 Cup Dry Coconut
  6. Get 1 tsp besan
  7. Take 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  9. Take 1-2 bay leaf
  10. Provide 1 tsp Black pepper
  11. Get 1 medium Onion
  12. Take 2-3 Green Chilli
  13. Get 2-3 Curry Leaves
  14. Provide 1 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder
  15. You need 1/2 cup Coriander
  16. You need Salt
  17. Provide Pinch Turmeric
  18. Take Pinch Hing
Instructions to make Paya Soup:
  1. In mixer make paste of all ingredients mention above in paste. Make it smooth so there wont be any chunks between it. Add oil instead of water to make it blend.
  2. Take oil in pressure cooker. Heat it and add jeera. Once it gets split add above paste and saute it till all water in it gets evapourated. Once it look dry add turmeric and paya pieces and stir it to get all masala coat to all pieces.
  3. Once it gets nice stir add boiling water in it and stir it again. Do not let masala stick to the bottom. Add salt. And pressure cook it for 5-6 whistle. And serve it.
  4. As mutton already come with too much fat, use oil accordingly.
