- Pulav-Heat 3 teaspoon ghee or oil in cooker add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper pieces, bay leaf,stone star cook few seconds till the spice become aromat add wash rice and peas, paneer,black pepper mix proper add 1 cup water and salt cover the lid and cook until 2 to 3 whistles. - Chhole-take bowl add kabuli chana,and chana dal soaked 4 to 5 hour after use.
- Heat a presser cooker add kabuli chana and chana daal add tea bag, water and cover a lid or Cook until for soft 5 to 6 whistle on a medium heat and chole must be soft when cooked not and if chole aldente or is hard, then cooked for 2 more whistle.
