  1. Firstly, in a kadai heat oil and splutter mustard seeds urad dal, dried red chilli and few curry leaves.
  2. Now add green chilli. saute well. - Further, add onion and saute slightly. - Also add peas, carrot and capsicum. Saute for a minute.
  3. Additionally, add turmeric and salt. saute for a minute. Add chopped tomato.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or till vegetables turn soft.
  5. Add in cooked semiya and mix gently. do not over mix as semiya will get mashed.
