The ingredients needed to prepare Nargisi Kofta Curry:
  1. Provide 3 Boiled duck egg
  2. Prepare 1 & 1/2 cup - Chicken kheema
  3. Get 1 cup - Chopped onion
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  6. Take 2 tbsp chilli powder
  7. Get 1 tbsp cumin powder
  8. Provide 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. Provide 2 tbsp roasted gram flour
  10. Take 1 tsp gram masala powder
  11. Use Whole garam masala
  12. Provide Salt & sugar as per your taste
  13. Prepare Oil for frying
  14. Get 2/3 tbsp Oil for gravy
  15. Get 2/3 Green chilli
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Nargisi Kofta Curry:
  1. Take 3 boiled duck eggs
  2. Take a mixing jar add chicken kheema, green chilies, ginger, garlic paste coriander leaves & blend it well.
  3. In the same mixer jar add all masala, roasted gram flour & salt again blend it well.
  4. Grease your palm with oil, take the chicken mixture & flatten it., Put one whole egg in that & cover it with chicken mixture to prepare the koftas.
  5. Complete one by one all three koftas.
  6. Then fry those koftas in hot oil.
  7. For gravy, take frying pan add white oil once the oil is hot tempered with cinnamon, green cardamom & cloves.
  8. Next add chopped onion fry it for 2/3 mins, then add r tomato, ginger & garlic paste & mix it well.
  9. Then add chilli, coriander, cumin, & turmeric powder in it.
  10. Once the masala, onion& tomato mixed well, take it out.
  11. Blend the mixture properly.
  12. Then put it back in kadai add water a per requirements.
  13. Add salt & sugar as per taste.
  14. Once the gravy is little thick add those koftas in it & cook it for 4/5 mins.
  15. Finished the cooking after adding garam masala from top.
