  1. In a mixer jar add grated coconut, peanuts and roasted chana dal.
  2. Then add mint leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic cloves.
  3. Then add sugar, salt and Jeera and coriander leaves.
  4. Add some water and grind to a smooth consistency.
  5. Remove chutney in a bowl.
  6. For Tadka, heat oil in a small pan. Add hing powder, mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  7. Then add curry leaves, chilli. Fry for few seconds till the curry leaves become crisp.
  8. Then add turmeric powder and switch off the flame. Immediately pour the Tadka on the chutney. Serve with idli, dosa, pongal or any pakoda of your choice.
