- Take 2 tomatoes
- Get 4-6 pods garlic
- Get 1 tb sp cooking oil
- Get 1 tb sp urad dhuli dal
- Prepare 1 tb sp chana dhuli dal
- You need 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 1/8 tsp asafoetida
- Prepare 2 Dry red chilli (whole)
- Get 2 tb sp water if needed

- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (degi mirch)
- Take 2 tb sp Tamarind pulp

- Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add asafoetida and saute for 1 minute. Now add urad and chana dal and roast for 2 minutes. Add whole red chilli and sauté for 1 minute.
