- Take 1 cup Bernyard Millet (vrat ke chawal / Moraiya)
- You need 1 tablespoon ghee or clarified butter
- Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds or jeera

- You need 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- You need 1 teaspoon sugar

- Assemble all the required ingredients
- Wash Bernyard Millet (vrat ke chawal or Moraiya) and soak in some water for 10 minutes
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle, add roasted peanuts, green chillies and chopped cucumber. Saute for sometime.
