  2. Take 4-5 tbsp Condensed Milk
  3. Use 1 cup Grated Coconut
  4. You need 1 tbsp Ghee
  5. You need 4-5 tbsp Gulkand
  6. Prepare 2 drop green colour
Steps to make Pan Modak:
  1. In a mixture jar take pan and tear it
  2. Now add condensed milk and grind it
  3. Make fine puree.
  4. In a pan heat the ghee, and add coconut powder.
  5. Roast it 1 min and add pan puree and green colour. Off the gas.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Take modak mould fill with mixture, put small ball of gulkand in center.
  8. Join the mould and modak is ready.
