- Get 1 pinch hing/asafoetida
- Take 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Get 3 tbsp refined oil

- Provide 1 tsp urad dal
Instructions to make Coconut Chutney:
- Take 1 bowl, add all the ingredients till salt, mix it well
- Pour all the ingredients in the mixer grinder, grind it with water as required in a smooth paste.
- Heat non stick pan with oil, add ingredients (red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds & urad dal) for tempering.
