- You need 2 Boiled potatoes
- Take 100 gm paneer
- Provide 2 tb sp peanuts
- You need 10-12 makhane
- Provide 1 Tomato
- Get 1 " piece ginger
- Provide 1 Green chilli
- You need To taste sendha salt
- Provide 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

Instructions to make Falahari Potato:
- Grate tomato and make a puree. Peel potato and chop. Cut paneer in square pieces.
- Add a little ghee in a wok and roast makhan till crispie and pink. Transfer it in a plate.
- Add remaining ghee in wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger and tomato and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add Salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix.
- Add potatoes, paneer, roasted makhana and Peanuts and mix. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with chilla or Kuttu puri.
