- Prepare 2 onion chopped

- Get 6-7 garlic
- Get 3 clove
- Prepare 2 cinnamon stick
- You need 2 green elaichi
- Prepare 1 bay leaves
- Get 1-2 dry red chillies
- Get 2 tbsp cashewnuts
- Provide 3 tbsp roasted peanut
- Take 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp coriander/cumin powder
- You need To make kofta:
- You need 100 g paneer grated
- Take 100 g potato grated
- Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get To taste salt
- Use 1 tbsp green chilli, ginger paste/chopped
- Provide 1 tbsp kothmir
- Use 2 tbsp dry grapes and cashew
- Use 2 tbsp cornflour
- Get For Final seasoning:
- Provide 1 tbsp Ghee
- Provide 1 tbsp oil
- Take For Gravy
- You need As needed water
- Provide 3 tbsp malai
- Take To taste salt
- Provide 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- Provide 1 tsp kasuri methi
Steps to make Malai kofta and Garlic Naan:
- First prepare the dough for naan. Combine all ingredients Maida, salt, baking powder, soda, curd. With the help of milk knead to soft dough. Take little oil and press for 5- 10 mins. Keep aside.
- To prepare gravy for Malai kofta. Check for ingredients given under gravy section. Take a pan and Heat ghee/oil and add all ingredients one by one. Till tomatos become soft cook it. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool.
- Transfer the mixture into mixer jar and crush it to fine paste.
- Final seasoning for gravy. Take a pan, heat oil/ ghee, add gravy as prepared in above steps. Add water, salt, kitchen king masala. Allow the gravy to cook. Till oil separates. Add kasuri methi at the end. Gravy is ready.
- Refer To make kofta section for ingredients. Combine all ingredients well. Make ball sized kofta and dust with cornflour and fry it in medium hot oil.
- Now to make naan. Take the dough. And gentle press for 2-3 mins. Take small portion of dough and roll it to a oval shape. Apply water on top portion, add chopped garlic, kothmir, and Kalonji seeds, with the help of roller just roll it once on dough. Now turn backside and apply water.
- Pre heat tawa. Put the shaped dough on tawa. Since water is applied backside will stick to tawa. Let it cook for 1-2 min. Now with the help of Chimta hold the tawa and show the front side of tawa on top of gas flame. Hold tawa tightly. With high gas flame cook for 2 mins. Brown spots will be seen. Apply butter. Serve garlic naan with Malai kofta.
