Steps to make Chicken bread:
  1. Make a dough using all the dry ingredient and keep it fr fermentation (winters overnight & during summer fr 2 hrs or more)
  2. In a pan add oil and let it heat fr 5 min in med temp.Now add the chopped garlic saute fr 2 min,add the onion and saute fr 2-3 min till translucent add the raw or boiled chicken till it's done.Add the capsicum,dried herbs and pasta sauce,coat the chicken nicely and keep aside to cool down completely.
  3. By now the dough must hv fermented.Punch the dough and take out all the air.Cut the dough into 2 parts with the help of knife,pizza cutter or dough cutter
  4. Roll out the dough,spread the stuffing on top,and cut the fringes..shown in pic
  5. Spread cheese at this time on top of the stuffing and close the bread with criss cross pattern.
  6. Bake in oven fr on 180 temp fr 20 min or till the top layer turns pinkish brown,after taking out frn oven brush the bread with melted butter.
