- For khichdi- take a kadayi add ghee,zeera saute for 2 min. Add masalas and soaked eice add water simmer for 10 min. Samak pulav ready.
- For aloo sabji- take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,adrak saute for a min. Now add tomato and all the masalas keep stiring. Now add boiled aloo and water simmer for 10 min. Mashed potatoes in the gravy boil till thick.
- For palak paneer- take a kadayi add ghee,all the masalas cook for 2 min add palak puree and fried paneer. Simmer for 5 min. Can add milk to thicken puree.
- For ghia- take a cooker add ghee,zeera,ginger cook for a min. Now add tomato and saute. Now add ghia and all the masalas. Whistle it for 5 min. Ghia ready to serve.
- For kheer- take a pan add milk,samak rice boil it for 10 min on simmer. Add dryfruits,sugar to taste and keep stiring till done.
- For sabudana-take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,peanuts,add the sabuadana mixture(soaked sabudana,sendha namak,red chilli powder,zeera powder) mix it well add dhania leaves.
- For kuttu puri- take a bowl add all the ing. Make a dough redt it for 10 min. Now take a polythene add dough make a chapati with the help of rolling pin. Heat the oil fry it till golden brown.
