Steps to make Jumbo vrat thali:
  1. For khichdi- take a kadayi add ghee,zeera saute for 2 min. Add masalas and soaked eice add water simmer for 10 min. Samak pulav ready.
  2. For aloo sabji- take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,adrak saute for a min. Now add tomato and all the masalas keep stiring. Now add boiled aloo and water simmer for 10 min. Mashed potatoes in the gravy boil till thick.
  3. For palak paneer- take a kadayi add ghee,all the masalas cook for 2 min add palak puree and fried paneer. Simmer for 5 min. Can add milk to thicken puree.
  4. For ghia- take a cooker add ghee,zeera,ginger cook for a min. Now add tomato and saute. Now add ghia and all the masalas. Whistle it for 5 min. Ghia ready to serve.
  5. For kheer- take a pan add milk,samak rice boil it for 10 min on simmer. Add dryfruits,sugar to taste and keep stiring till done.
  6. For sabudana-take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,peanuts,add the sabuadana mixture(soaked sabudana,sendha namak,red chilli powder,zeera powder) mix it well add dhania leaves.
  7. For kuttu puri- take a bowl add all the ing. Make a dough redt it for 10 min. Now take a polythene add dough make a chapati with the help of rolling pin. Heat the oil fry it till golden brown.
