- Prepare 1 cup split pigeon pea
- Provide 1/2 cup chopped bottle gourd

- Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tbsp tbsp turmeric powder

- Take 3 tbsp oil

- You need 1 tsp mustard seeds

Steps to make Idli sambhar:
- In a pressure cooker put oil add onions saute till golden now add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste saute them till loose oil.

- Sambhar is ready..serve with rice,idli vada, dosa
