  2. Take out in a bowl.after that add curd in it and mix it very well.add some water and make better as like idli better.keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Now heat the idli stand.grease the idli mould.then take the samak,sago mixture and add black pepper powder and salt.mix it.
  4. Now add eno fruit salt and mix it.after that pour this better in idli mould and steam it for 15 minutes.
  5. Now cool it.after that heat 2 tsp ghee in a wok.splutter sesame seeds and and curry leaves.
  6. Now add red chilli powder.mix it then add idli and saute for 1minute.
