  3. Get 1/2 cup Idli Rice
  4. Provide 1/2 cup Ragi Flour

  6. Prepare For Tomato Chutney:
  7. Use 3-4 medium sized tomatoes
  8. You need 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  9. Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Get 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  11. Use Few curry leaves
  12. Get 1 Tbsp mustard oil
  13. Get 2-3 Kashmiri Red Chilli
  14. Provide 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  15. Take 1/2 Tbsp Sambhar Powder
  16. Get as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Ragi Idli:
  1. For the Idli - in a bowl add Urad Dal and in another one Rice and in another one fenugreek seeds. Soak for 24 hours.
  2. Blend all together and make a batter. Add Ragi Flour, salt and stir.
  3. In the Idli tray grease and add with a ladle to all the bowls in Idli Tray. Steam for 5-6 mins. Set aside.
  4. For the Chutney - blend the tomatoes, red chilli, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt until smooth.
  5. In a wok heat oil, add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, sambhar powder and add the tomato paste. Cook for 2 mins.
  6. Plate and enjoy.
