The ingredients needed to cook Idli sambhar:

- Get 3 cup rice
- Get 1 cup udad dal
- Provide 1/2 cup Curd
- Take to taste Salt
- Take 1/2 tsp baking soda

- Prepare 1 cup Tuar dal
- Prepare 2 spoon Oil
- Get 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Take 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds

- Prepare 1 tsp Imli(tamarind) pulp
- Use 1 tsp Jeggery
