  2. Provide 2 cups Cholar Dal(Bengal Gram)-
  3. Use 1 Tsp Sugar-
  4. You need 1 pinch Asafoetida-
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala-
  6. Get 1 tsp Cumin Powder-
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Use As required Oil for frying

  10. Provide 4 Tbsp Mustard oil
  11. Take 2 pieces Green chillies
  12. Provide 2 pieces Bay leaves(Tej patta)
  13. You need 2 pieces Cardamoms
  14. Take 1 piece Cinnamon-
  15. Provide 4-5 cloves
  16. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds-
  17. Provide 2-3 Tomatoes diced
  18. Take 1 Onion ,Chopped
  19. You need 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp Onion Paste
  22. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  23. Use 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  24. You need to taste Salt and Sugar

Steps to make Rice,Narkel Cholar Dal,Dhokar Dalna and Mishty Tomato Chutney:
  1. For Dhoka Soak Cholar dal(bengal gram) in water overnight.Then strain water from it in the morning, and grind it.Add salt, sugar and water(if needed)
  2. Add 6tbsp oil in a pan and heat it and put the grinded dal in it.And stir it continously in high flame.Add salt and chilli powder in the paste.
  3. Then take a big round plate and grease with ghee and put the cooked paste in it and spread it.Now cut it with a knife in a rectangle shape(you can give any shape you want).
  4. Heat oil in a pan(deep fry) and fry the rectangles one by one.And keep aside ol once you are done.
  5. Then heat oil in a pan and put bay leaves, cumin seeds, cinnamon,cardamom, cloves it it.Stir a little.
  6. Now put chopped onions in it and fry till it changes it's colour to golden brown.Add garlic paste, onion paste, ginger paste and diced tomatoes.Stir it in medium flame.
  7. Add Salt,Sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder,cumin powder in it.And stir it well.
  8. When the curry starts leaving oil put 2-3 cups water in it and cover it.When it starts boiling start putting Dhoka one by one very gently.
  9. Cover it for 5-7mins.After that open the lid and put 1tbsp of ghee and garam masala on the top and cover it again for few mins.
  10. And your Dhokar Dalna is ready. Spread some chopped coriander and it and then serve. Enjoy!!!….๐Ÿ’Ÿ
