One cup urad dhuli Soak both the ingredients separately..for 5 hours..Grind it separately..rice a bit coarsely grinded..but dals into fyn paste Mix the two.keep it for Fermentation After others fermented..grease the microwave mould. And add the batter Let it bake on the normal microwave mode power 100..for 6 mints… Your soft spongy idly cake is ready. Smear it wth rajpudi masala by using til oil….. you can cut into required pieces when needed.
