The ingredients needed to cook Rohu Fish Curry:
- You need 6 Fish pieces
- Prepare 1 Tablespoon Ginger garlic and red chillies paste
- Provide 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- You need as needed Water
- Get To taste Salt
- Use 1 Teaspoon kashmiri red chillies powder
- Get 1 Teaspoon Fish Curry power
- Prepare 2 Onions paste
- Provide 1/2 tsp haldi(Turmeric) powder
- Take 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Provide 1/2 teaspoon desi Ghee
- You need garnishing
- Prepare 1 tomato
- Take 2 green chillies
- You need 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Get 1 onion slice
- Provide 1 Fish fry
- Get 2 bowl Steam Rice
Instructions to make Rohu Fish Curry:
- First clean the fish with enough water then add there salt and haldi powder. Mix it well or coat it properly. Now Switch on the gas stove and place a Kadhai and pour some oil there and fry the fish from both the sides. When it is done then bring them out on a plate and keep them aside.
- Now in the same kadhai if required add more oil then add there ginger, garlic and red chilli paste and fry it for 5 mins in a medium flame. Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt and again fry the masala. Now add tomato puree to it and cook it for 5 mins in a low flame. Cover the lid of the kadhai. Now add fryied fish to it and leave one fish for Garnishing our plate. After 5 min add water and fish masala and cook it for 15 mins in a low flame and cover the lid of the kadhai.
- After 15 mins check the fish. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder with 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and add coriander leaves and turn off the gas stove. Then enjoy it with hot…hot steam 🍚.
