- Fill the cone with potato masala. and press down smear water on the edges..
- Bring the edges together and make a pleat on one side..bring back the pleat and seal it..make sure samosa has been sealed well..
- Take some oil in kadai..and heat it..then add one by one samosa in it nicely..fry on medium flame till fry when the golden brown colour comes out…
- Your samosa is ready to serve with green coriendor chutney and imli chutney.
