  1. Get 400 g long grainrice
  2. Take 600 ml turkey
  3. Take 3 large carrot
  4. Use 1 handful peas and runner beans
  5. Prepare 2 large green pepper

  7. Take 3 tabspoonful curry powder
  8. Get 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  9. Use 3 glove of garlic
  10. Provide 2/3 spoonful black pepper

  13. Use to taste salt
  14. You need 500 g Chicken/Turkey thighs or drumsticks(cooking the chicken)

  1. Add a little water and cook the chicken for 10 minutes.
