  1. Boil potatoes and mash them.Add salt/rock salt,roasted jeera powder,chaat masala,chopped coriander,pinch of red chilli powder,chickpea flour and mash all.Form into 7-8 flat round tikkis.Drizzle oil or ghee in a pan and shallow fry tikkis turning over when one side done.
  2. Arrange tikkis in a bowl.Beat curd and add 1/4 th tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp sweet and sour tamarind chutney and little salt.Mix and pour over tikkis.Sprinkle little more roasted jeera powder,chaat masala,pinch of red chilli powder and garnish with sweet tamarind chutney and chopped coriander.
