  1. In a bowl mash all the potatoes (potatoes must be completely cool down),add cashews.Put some oil on the palms & start making Tikki.
  2. In a plate take cornflour & coat each Tikki with it properly.
  3. Heat the pan add some ghee /oil & cook Tikki at medium-low flame.Cook crisp brown from both the side.
  4. Add curd inpowder sugar & mix together nicely.
  5. I used coriander,mint,some curd, salt for green chutney.
  6. Take Tikki in a plate.Pour some sweet curd then sprinkle black Salt, cumin powder, chilli powder.Now some green chutney,matar,again some salt, cumin powder.Add tamarind chutney, loads of curd, coriander leaves.Now garnish with sev.
