- Get 1 Medium sized cauliflower
- Take 5 medium sized prawns
- Take 2 big potatoes

- Take 1 tsp chopped garlic cloves

- Get 5 medium sized prawns
- You need 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Get 2 tbsp Lemon juice/vinegar
Steps to make Prawn Cauliflower cutlet:
- Roughly grind the cauliflower and boil it for approx 8-10 mins.
- Boil the potatoes and mash them. Make sure no water is there it has to be dry. Boil the potatoes with the skin.
- Lightly roast the spices in a dry warm pan and grind coarsely.
- Now Mix the boiled cauliflower and mashed potatoes along with the spice mix.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves, salt pepper and sugar according to taste in the mixture.
