  2. Take 1 tbsp cornflour
  3. Get 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  7. Prepare 1/4 cup dessicated coconut or dry grated coconut
  8. Use 1 tsp green chilli and ginger paste
  9. Use 5-6 cashews finely chopped
  10. You need 2 tsp raisins
  11. You need 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  12. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  13. Prepare to taste Salt

Instructions to make Indori patties:
  1. Take mashed potatoes, cornflour, bread crumbs, black pepper powder and salt in a big mixing bowl. Mix it well. - Make a soft and smooth dough. Keep aside.
  2. For stuffing- take dessicated coconut in a mixing bowl. - Add green chilli and ginger paste, chopped cashews, raisins, chopped coriander, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Now divide the dough into eight equal portions. Take a portion and flatten it on palm. Now put 1tsp stuffing on center of the flatten dough. Close from all the sides and make a ball.
  4. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough portions and stuffing. Keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a wok on low medium heat.
  6. Fry all the patties in the hot oil on medium flame till they becomes golden brown.
  7. Drain out in a plate. Assemble in a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with tangy tamarind chutney, green chutney, pomegranate and sev. - Serve hot.
