- Get Urad dal
- Provide Saunf
- Get Salt
- Get Green chilli chopped
- Get Chat masala
- Take Curd
- Use Green chutney
- Get Red chutney

Steps to make Dahi Vada:
- Wash n soak urad dal overnight. Then grind into a smooth paste. Once paste is ready add saunf n chopped green chilli.
- Heat a pan with some oil for deep frying the batter. After frying the batter soak them in salt water for an hour. It will change its colour.
- After an hour take the dumplings n squeeze all water by pressing In between palms. Keep aside in a bowl.
- Pour curd, green chutney n red chutney on top n serve. Add roasted jeera powder n Black salt. All as per taste.
