- Get 250 gm Baisun (gram flour)
- You need 500 gm Yogurt
- Prepare 2 medium & 1 small Onions Finely chopped

- You need 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
- Get 1/4 tsp soda

Steps to make Dahi Phulkiyan / Simple Phulkiyan:
- For Phulkiyan: Take baisun in a big bowl, now add water and mix it well to make fine paste.
- Now add salt, red chillies pwd, soda, crushed coriander seeds, onions and fry coriander leaves. Mix it well.
- Take 3-4 tbsp oil in a fry pan and shallow fry Phulkiyan in a low to medium flame. You can add oil 1-2 tbsp oil in every batch of frying. Put fried Phulkiyan in a separate plate.
- For Yogurt: Add salt, roasted cumin pwd, green chillies & garlic paste in yogurt. Mix it well. Now add a glass of water and mix it well.
- Now add fried Phulkiyan in yogurt and slightly mix it.
- At last pour 3 tbsp oil in a fry pan, add 2 pinch cumin seeds and 4 round red chillies. Then bhangar the dahi Phulkiyan.
- You can eat dahi Phulkiyan with roti/ zeera rice.
- You can also eat only Phulkiyan with chutneys and roti/rice.
- You can eat both of them in lunch/ dinner.
