  1. You need 1 cup gram flour
  2. Provide 1/4 tsp salt
  3. Prepare 1/2 tesp red chilli powder
  4. Get Pinch baking soda
  5. Take Oil for frying
  6. Prepare 1/2 kg yogurt
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup milk
  8. Get 1/2 cup chopped onion
  9. Use 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  10. Provide 1 tblsp chopped green chillies
  11. Get 1 tesp chaat masala
  12. Prepare 1/8 tesp ginger garlic paste
  13. Take to taste Salt
  14. Prepare 1 medium diced Potato

Instructions to make Dahi Phulki:
  1. Add salt, red chilli powder and baking soda into gram flour and make a thick batter with water. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes while heating up oil.
  2. Boil the peeled and diced potatoes while making phulkies.
  3. When oil Is heating up take a teaspoon batter of gram flour mixture and fry into medium high oil. Deep frying.
  4. All done into 20 minutes approximately. Potatoes are done, phulkies are done and onion, tomatoes cutting are done. Time to assemble.
  5. Put yogurt and milk into bowl and add salt, ginger garlic paste mix well.
  6. Add vegetables and phulkies mix well, at last add green coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat Masala on top.
