- Provide 3 Tbsp Grated Coconut
- Provide 1/2 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions to make Mango Pachadi:
- Pressure cook the mango slices with turmeric and a cup of water for two whistles.
- Heat half a tbsp of ghee in a pan, add the grated coconut and saute for few seconds.
- Add the cooked mango, powdered jaggery, salt and mix.
- Cook for few minutes until it thickens. Switch off.
