  2. Take 75 g almond powder
  3. You need 25 g sugar
  4. Use 25 g granulated sugar

  8. Take 175 g all-purpose flour*

Instructions to make Stollen:
  1. Prepare the marzipan. Mix the almond powder, sugar and granulated sugar.
  2. Add the egg white and mix well until the dough until it sticks together.
