Instructions to make Aloo Kofta:
  1. First, boil the potatoes and let them cool. Meanwhile take a bowl and make a mix masala by adding pav bhaji masala, chole masala and garam masala.
  2. Then take a pan, add 1.5 tablespoons of oil, garlic cloves, onion pieces and salt to cook onion for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, green chilli, cashew nuts, ginger paste, little turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jira powder and Mix masala. Let it cool.
  3. Now, peel off the potatoes and mash them with the masher. Add salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon dhania jira powder, maida and mix properly. Now, make balls and fry them.
