  12. Add the prepared onion tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and mix well.
  13. Cover and cook until the mixture starts to thicken.
  14. Add cream and kasuri methi and mix well.
  15. Put kofte in serving bowl and pour the gravy over kofta and malai kofta is ready to enjoy.
