  1. Coat the paneer with little turmeric powder,salt and chilli powder and shallow fry it.
  2. In a pan dry roast the besan powder and keep aside
  3. In a pan add the oil and ghee then add the cumin seeds,cloves,cardamom, cinnamon stick to this then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Once its sauted add the chilli,coriander, turmeric, cumin and garam masala powder then add the tomatos.
