- Heat pan on low flame put some butter and oil add kashmiri chilli powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder then add puree. After some time when it boil then add karusi methi and salt as per taste. when gravy completely leave the oil on side then add cream and little garam masala and off the gas flame.
- Before serving place kofta on serving bowl put hot puree on that. Then decorate it with some coriander leaves and cream.
