Steps to make Cauliflower Kofta:
- Wash and clean cauliflower. Grate it. Mash a boiled potato in it. Add Gram flour, salt, red chilli powder turmeric powder and kasuri methi.
- Mix thoroughly and make a dough. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Like wise make all the balls.
- Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry till golden brown colour from both sides. Remove koftas in a plate.
- Wash peel and chop onion, ginger chilli, garlic and tomato. Grind it to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded paste in it and cook on low flame till oil leaves the karahi. Add all dry masale and mix.
- Add water and let it boil. Lower the flame and let it simmer till curry gets slightly thick. Add koftas and stir and cook for 2 minutes till kofta gets soft. Switch off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
