- You need 1 Small piece of cinnamon

Steps to make Malai kofta:
- Mix all ingredients for kofta and make balls. Heat oil and fry balls at medium heat.remove keep aside.
- For gravy. Heat oil in a pan put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste cook for two to three minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes and cashew. Cook till tomato gets soft. Cool and blend to smooth paste. Strain to remove seed and skin. Now heat oil in a pan put bay leaf, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, black pepper add tomato and onion paste. Mix add haldi powder,dhania powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt mix cook for two mins. Add little water cook for five mins put half cream mix remove.
- In serving plate put kofta now pour gravy on top of kofta. Put little fresh cream. Serve with chapati and naan
