  1. Prepare 2 pc tomatoes
  2. Take 1 cup onion paste
  3. You need 1 cup curd
  4. Prepare 1 pc bay leaves
  5. Get 3 pods cardamom pc

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
  8. Provide 1/4 cup coriander leaves

  12. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. You need 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  14. Take 1/2 tsp jeera powder

  1. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt for 30 mins
  2. Fry the fish in mustard oil in slow fame till the fish turns golden brown
  3. Keep  the fried fish aside.
  4. In the same pan add cardamom pods, bay leaves and cumin seeds
  5. Add onion paste, sugar, ginger and garlic paste and fry till golden brown
  6. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt
  7. Once the gravy is cooked and releases oil add curd and stir
  8. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and cook the gravy add some water
  9. Place the fried fish in the gravy and cook the lid covered for 5 mins
  10. Sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve with rice
