- Use 200 gms paneer
- You need 2 large potatoes boiled
- Take 2 medium onions chopped
- You need 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- You need 12 pieces cashew

- Provide 1 bay leaf
- Provide 1 tsp cumin seed

- Provide 1 tsp coriander powder

Steps to make Malai kofta:
- In a pan take 3 tbsp of oil. Heat it. Add 8 cashew nuts. Fry, it then takes it out of the pan.
- Now add all the whole spices. Cook for a minute add chopped onion fry until light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste. After that add chopped tomatoes. Add salt. When tomatoes are soft add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar in it. Cook well.
- Then cool the mixture and grind it to a smooth paste with water.
- To make koftas, in a bowl take paneer and boiled potatoes chopped green chillies coriander leaves two tbsp of maida. Mash well.
- Take a small portion of mixture. Fill the centre with chopped cashew and raisins. Make a round shape then roll it in dry maida.
- Take a karahi add oil heat it over a medium flame. Fry all the koftas untill golden brown in colour.
- Now in a pan add some butter and oil. Heat it. Add onion mixture in it. Add water. Then add garam masala powder, kasuri methi, coriander leaves. Cook the grevy for five minutes.
- In a serving plate place the koftas and pour the curry over koftas. Garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle cream over it.
- Serve it with jeera rice.
