  1. First grate boiled potatoes. Take a bowl, add all the mixed kofta ingredients.
  2. Mix well. Grease hands with oil and make a small balls. Deep fry till golden brown on medium low flame.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, fry until golden brown.Add ginger, garlic,mix well for one minute. Turn off the flame.
  4. Grind well. add curd, again grind it to make paste.
  5. Heat the same pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, tomato puree,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add onion curd paste,mix well and cook for 2 min., add garam, coriander, red chilli,salt and turmeric powder.
  7. Add water,cover and cook for 8 min. Open the lid and cook in high flame for 5 min.Turn off the flame. Mixed vegetable kofta is ready to serve.
