- You need 250 grm , plain flour (maida)
- Take Pinch salt

- Prepare Filling
- Use 1 cup , chicken (boiled, chopped)
- Get 2 ,eggs
- Provide Salt, as taste
- You need 1 tbsp , chilli flakes
- Provide 5-6 , green chillies
- Use 1/4 cup ,fresh coriander
- Provide 1 ,red capsicum (small, thin cut)
- Get 1 ,green capsicum (small, thin cut)
- Take Oil, for fry (shellow fry)
Instructions to make Egg paratha:
- Mix plain flour with salt and knead the dough softly and set aside for half an hour.


1. Now divide in 4 equal portions, make small ball and set aside for 5 minutes.

1. In the meanwhile, take a bowl add chicken, green chilli, chilli flakes, salt, capsicum, fresh coriander and eggs and mix gently.
