  2. Take 1 cup chopped palak
  3. Provide 2 medium sized boiled potato
  4. Take 2-3 green chilli
  5. Provide 1 small piece of ginger

  7. Use Some oil for frying Kofta
  8. Use 1 tsp chat masala
  9. Provide 1 tsp elaichi powder

  11. Provide 6-8 medium sized onions roughly chopped
  12. Prepare 6-7 clove garlic
  13. You need 1 tbsp roughly chopped ginger
  14. Get 2-3 green chillies

Instructions to make Palak Kofta Curry:
  1. For Kofta : Blanch the palak. In a mixer, jar take the blanched palak, green chilli, ginger piece and make it into a pure.
  2. Take a bowl and mash the potatoes, add the palak puree, salt, Chat masala, elaichi powder and make small round balls
  3. Take oil into a pan and let it heat. Take a plate and add 1 tbsp cornflour and roll the Kofta on to it and deep fry them into the oil. Your Kofta is ready,keep it aside.
  4. FOR GRAVY : Take all the ingredients
  5. Take a pan and add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Add all the gravy ingredients and let it boil for 10 mins
  6. After 10 mins drain the ingredients and let it cool down. And make it into a smooth paste
  7. Take a pan, add oil and butter. Once heated add bay leaf, whole red chilli, Cardamon, clove, and cinnamon sticks.
  8. Then add onion paste, and sauté for 5 mins. Now add 2 tbsp curd, 1tsp sugar and mix well. Boil for few seconds and add required water. As per your gravy consistency.
  9. Add 1 tbsp fresh cream, switch of the gas snd mix well. Your Kofta gravy is ready
  10. When serving first place the gravy and then put the Kofta on top. Enjoy your delicious palak Kofta curry with paratha or roti or naan
