  1. Dry roast or bake peanuts
  2. In a non stick pan dry roast peanuts, whole red chillies, til, coriander seeds, urad dal and jeera. Cool and grind to a coarse powder.
  3. Make a medium soft dough with Whole wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder and ajwain
  4. Heat a tava, roll out a chapati, spread 1/2 tsp oil on it, followed by fine chopped garlic, followed by peanut chutney, followed by chopped methi and coriander leaves

  6. Put the Paratha on a hot tava and cook on both the sides. Sprinkle little oil on the sides.
