The ingredients needed to make Cauliflower Paratha:
- Provide 2 cup wheat flour
- Take 300 gm cauliflower
- Take 3-4 tbsp oil
- Get 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- Get 1 pinch asafoetida
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp garam massala
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Cauliflower Paratha:
- Mix wheat flour,oil and salt in a large bowl. Add water as required in small incremental quantities and knead a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a plate rest it for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime prepare the stuffing. Take a bowl and grate cauliflower. Add ginger paste and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it crackle add asafoetida, turmeric powder and grated cauliflower mix it well.
- Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt,garam massala and amchur powder mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
- Now take medium sized ball from the dough. Dust with flour on the rolling board.
- With a rolling pin, roll like puri and place stuffing in the centre of it. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly.
- Now roll out like roti. Place it on a hot griddle and cook over medium flame. Spread ghee around its edge and cook it both sides approx 30-40 seconds.
- Transfer it to a plate and spread butter on it.
